Who we are

Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the service and package you are interested in, your budget range and your project description. When you contact us on WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share through those services.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and manage our working relationship with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our secure database and delivered to our team by email through our email provider, Resend. Access is limited to authorised TEKNOVA staff.
Cookies, analytics and your browser
This website does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly which country and type of device visitors use, which site sent them, and how many people tapped WhatsApp or sent an enquiry. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) in your browser for this, and the data is processed by Google. We have turned off advertising features and Google signals, and we do not send your name, phone number, email or enquiry details to Google. If you do not allow analytics, no Google Analytics code is loaded and no such cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page; withdrawing it removes the cookies. Your browser also keeps your analytics choice and may store an unfinished enquiry form on your own device so you do not lose it; this never leaves your device until you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a client, in which case we keep records needed for our work together. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting officialteknova@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
