   We talk on WhatsApp or by call about your business, your customers and what the website has to do. We ask what people phone you to ask, what you sell most, and what you want visitors to do when they land on the site.

   What we need from you

   Your time for one honest conversation. If you prefer to write it down first, fill in the discovery form and we will read it before we talk.

   Step ends with

   A shared understanding of the site's job and which package fits.

2. 2 · Within 48 hours of that conversation

   Proposal

   You get it in writing: the scope, the pages, the timeline and the price, with recurring costs like your domain name and hosting listed separately so nothing appears later as a surprise.

   What we need from you

   Your questions and your go-ahead. Nothing is built before you agree to the proposal.

   Step ends with

   An agreed scope and price, and a 50% deposit to start the work.

3. 3 · 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the package

   Design and build

   We design and build your pages using your real content, not placeholder text. You see progress as it happens on a private link, so nothing is hidden until the end.

   What we need from you

   Your photos and your logo, plus any text you already have, such as your menu, service list or prices. We shape it into the pages.

   Step ends with

   A complete site, ready for you to review.

4. 4 · Your revision rounds, then live

   Review and launch

   You review the site and tell us what to change. We refine it within the revision rounds your package includes, then connect your domain name and put the site live.

   What we need from you

   Your feedback in one go, and the balance of the payment before the site goes live.

   Step ends with

   Your site live, a handover call showing you how to update your content, and support for the days your package covers.
